Acandia Hotel

Nice boutique hotel Great location and good service

We thoroughly recommend Acadia Hotel. We booked Acandia for 2 weeks in October. It was perfect for us in every way. Ideally situated near the beach, Old Town, the Marina and the New Town. A ten minute walk to all. The hotel itself is modern, very clean and the bed was super comfy. A wonderful breakfast selection, which is constantly replenished. Its great to have fresh orange juice ( lots of hotels, constantly serve squash as juice) and coffee machines that produce a decent cup of coffee. A big thank you to Maria, who worked so hard keeping everything refilled, but always had time for a chat and a laugh. The staff are so warm and welcoming especially Joane on the reception desk. Always with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble for her, she is a big asset for the hotel. This was our first trip to Rhodes and we were worried that 2 weeks in a city would be too much. We didn’t want to hire a car, so used the local buses which are excellent. The bus station is another 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of tour operators and huge selection of boat trips on offer, so you can get to see the whole of the island (other islands too) and historical sites. Our time there flew by, and was made all the better for staying at The Acandia Hotel

Lovely hotel and room, great location, welcoming and friendly staff at check in and throughout our stay but the only thing is the breakfast buffet, for the quality of hotel, the breakfast quality could be better, just go out and grab something nearby.

Clean. Personell are friendly. Very good location, restaurants just on the corner, 10 minutea walk to strand. Rooms are big enough. Breakfast is variable, and even the coffee is good. Swimmingpool and spa also available. If once we return to Rhodos, will stay gate again.

Very good hotel. Excellent modern renovation, friendly staff, good breakfast. A few minutes walk to the beach. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the bar on the ground floor. I ordered one cocktail, but the seller brought two. When I explained to him that I ordered one, I said "one cocktail", the barman replied: "I'm sure it was two". I didn't want to argue and ruin my vacation, I paid for both. But it's not a problem, we just didn't go to that bar anymore, we visited the bar in the neighboring hotel.
